Please read these terms before you order. They explain how our service works.

1. What we offer

The Company (CCTV Monthly) provides a comprehensive managed surveillance solution. This encompasses the deployment, professional configuration, and ongoing technical maintenance of high-fidelity Hikvision hardware. The Service is provided as a unified subscription model consisting of a non-refundable initial Commencement Fee (Installation) and a recurring Monthly Service Fee..

2. Equipment we use

Title to all hardware, including but not limited to cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVR), storage media, and auxiliary cabling, shall at all times remain the sole and absolute property of the Company. This Agreement constitutes a service-based bailment; at no point does the Customer acquire equity or ownership rights in the equipment. Any attempt to sell, encumber, or dispose of the hardware will be treated as a criminal conversion of Company property..

3. Your agreement (24 months)

Upon execution of this Agreement, the Customer enters into a mandatory Minimum Service Period of 24 months. * Hardware Refresh: Following the successful maturation of the 24-month term and subsequent renewal of a new fixed-term agreement, the Customer becomes eligible for a technological hardware upgrade at no additional Commencement cost. Continuous Service: After the Minimum Service Period, the agreement shall persist on a month-to-month basis until formal termination procedures are initiated.

4. Payments

All payments are facilitated via the GoCardless Direct Debit Mandate. By accepting these terms, the Customer grants the Company irrevocable authority to collect the Commencement Fee and subsequent Monthly Service Fees. Arrears Protocol: Should a payment instruction be returned unpaid, the Company will re-initiate the collection request within 7 calendar days. Default Consequences: Failure to rectify arrears following the secondary attempt will result in the immediate Restriction of Remote Access. This includes the suspension of mobile application monitoring, cloud-based alerts, and technical support.

5. Installation

In the event of a Material Breach (defined as non-payment exceeding 30 days or unauthorized tampering with equipment), the Company reserves the following rights: Decommissioning: The Company may remotely disable the system functionality. Repossession: The Company, or its authorized agents, reserves the right to enter the exterior of the premises to recover all proprietary hardware. Acceleration of Fees: The total aggregate of all remaining Monthly Service Fees for the unexpired portion of the 24-month term shall become immediately due and payable as liquidated damages. Legal Action: Unresolved balances will be referred to external debt recovery specialists and may result in a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against the Customer.

6. Cancellation

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the site is prepared for installation on the agreed date, including the provision of a stable power supply and high-speed internet connectivity. The Company assumes no liability for system latency or connectivity interruptions caused by third-party Internet Service Providers (ISP) or local network infrastructure failures.

6. Maintenance and System Integrity

"Free Maintenance" covers faults arising from standard electronic component failure. It does not cover: Damage resulting from environmental extremes, vandalism, or "Acts of God." Issues caused by Customer-led modifications or third-party interventions. Unauthorized removal or relocation of the hardware by the Customer is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract.

7. Termination

Requests for termination during the Minimum Service Period are subject to the Early Termination Charge (the remaining balance of the 24-month contract). Notice of non-renewal must be provided in writing to support@cctvmonthly.co.uk no less than 30 days prior to the desired termination date.
