How does the subscription work?
You pay a one-time installation fee upfront, then a fixed monthly fee for your camera package. The subscription includes the equipment, professional installation, and free maintenance. After 24 months, you can renew or upgrade.
What's included in the 3-year free upgrade?
We replace your cameras with newer models at no extra cost every 3 years. Technology moves fast — we make sure your system stays up to date without surprise costs.
How is payment taken?
We use Direct Debit via GoCardless. The installation fee is taken once after your mandate is set up. Monthly subscription payments are taken automatically each month.
Do you cover my area?
We're based in Manchester and serve Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm we can cover your postcode.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed in one day. Our team will contact you to book a convenient slot after your order is confirmed.
Can I cancel?
The subscription runs for 24 months. Please review our Terms & Conditions for cancellation policy. We're happy to answer any questions before you commit.
What if I have a problem with my system?
Maintenance is included. Contact us on 0161 566 0175 or support@cctvmonthly.co.uk and we'll arrange a visit. Our support is available for all subscribers.
